Make a lamp with photo film

Give your lamp a creative new look!

Make sure your passion for photography is reflected in your bedroom's look. Use some photo film to make your own lampshade and light up your room with a cosy feel.

WHAT YOU NEED

MATERIALS

- Strong adhesive (Loctite Super Glue­ Glass)
- A lamp (cannot be made of glass)
- Photo film

TOOLS

- A cloth
- Scissors

Get the Materials

You will need a strong adhesive (e.g. Loctite Super Glue Glass), a cloth, a lamp, scissors and lots of photo film.

STEP 1

Cut the negative film

Using the scissors, cut the film so that it matches the height of the lamp.

STEP 2

Clean the surface

Clean the surface of the lamp with a cloth to make sure the adhesive glues well.

STEP 3

Apply the adhesive

Carefully apply the adhesive (e.g. Loctite Super Glue Glass) while you stick the film over the lampshade.

STEP 4

And it’s ready!   

Complete the process by sticking the film all around the lamp. Now you just have to put a bulb inside and your own lampshade gets a brand new life!
