STEP 1

Prepare the product

Use a gap-filling glue to fill the inner holes of the handle. Epoxy liquid glues are perfect for this task. If you use a 2-component adhesive (e.g. Pattex Kraft-Mix), dispense equal amounts of the two components, both Resin and Hardener, into a disposible tray. It may seem hard, but it's much easier than you think, just do it slowly and you'll be fine!

Mix the product

Now you need to througly mix them together using a spatula for a couple of seconds. Do it until you see that both components are well mixed together.

STEP 3

Apply the product

Using the spatula, apply enough glue (e.g. Pattex Kraft-Mix) on the handle so that you fill any gap that could exist in the bond line. The area might be small, so apply the product carefully to avoid any drops.

STEP 4

Stick it

Attach the handle to the microwave door and hold in position until the glue sets, for around 3 minutes. In the meanwhile, you can already start thinking about your next meal to be heated when the handle has dried.
