Get the Materials
You will need Putty filler (e.g. UniBond Repair Express Power Putty), grey paint, sandpaper, gloves, a fine brush and a scraper tool.
Dry and sand
Turn off the water, dry the affected area well with a cloth and sand it.
Apply the product
Using the gloves, cut off a piece of the Putty filler (e.g. UniBond Repair Express Power Putty). Mix it until you obtain a homogeneous colour, keeping the gloves on all the time.
Spread and seal
Spread the product over the leaking area and seal it. It’s better to apply a larger amount of product to make sure the water doesn’t leak again.
After an hour, you can sand the area to remove excess product.
