Rebuild and decorate a broken chair
Give your broken chair a special touch with decoupage!
A strong bonding adhesive (e.g. Loctite Super Glue Liquid Brush On), repair paste (e.g. UniBond Repair Express Power Putty), old maps, wood varnish
Scissors, a cloth, sandpaper, gloves, a brush
Before you start, clean the parts with a cloth and then put on some gloves.
Mix the repair paste for approximately 30 seconds until it reaches a homogeneous colour.
Apply the product on the pieces to rebuild, lightly pressing. It will be ready in 15 minutes.
Once it dries, you can sand and paint it.
Measure, cut and glue the pieces of paper you will need to cover your chair back and seat.
Once its glued, apply two layers of wood varnish.
Wait for 24 hours and your chair is better than new and ready to use!
