Get the materials
You will need polymer based all purpose glue (e.g. UniBond Repair Extreme), clamps and a cloth.
Repair the strap
Before you begin to glue the broken parts of your ski goggles, it would be a good idea to first repair the strap so that the goggles will look brand new again. Put the broken strap through the hole and apply a strip of polymer based all purpose glue (e.g. UniBond Repair Extreme) vertically on the strap where you'll glue the broken end. Press it for a couple of seconds, apply clamps and let it dry overnight.
Clean the pieces to be glued
Now it's time to repair the broken plastic part. No doubt you've a good story behind how you managed to break your goggles, but if you want to avoid the chill getting in and prevent the lenses from steaming up, now's the time to repair them. To remove dirt and dust and to ensure good adhesion of the glue, use a moist cloth to clean the parts of the pieces to be glued.
Glue the parts
Apply a strip of polymer based all purpose glue (e.g. UniBond Repair Extreme) to the broken pieces and stick them together pressing for 10 seconds. For full bond strength, allow the glue to dry undisturbed overnight, using clamps. A cloth peg or heavier objects (e.g. a book) can also be used to keep the glued area together.
Time to ski
It's easy to repair ski googles, right? Now that yours are fixed and ready, grab your skis and jacket from your coat rack and head to the pistes!
